Rylie is a sophomore from Uxbridge Massachusetts majoring in Marketing. She is hoping to incorporate event planning and management into her future career path. This is Rylie's first year as a marketing assistant in the community engagement office and she has taken on the role of social media point person for the year. She was drawn to the marketing assistant position because she hopes to build relationships in the community in addition to the skills and experiences that will help her in her future career path.
This year Rylie is looking forward to being more involved through her position and helping to connect the school and community. She describes community engagement as the bridge between the community and the students here at Roger and in her position, she is looking forward to helping connect people to situations where they can help out. In the past, she has gotten involved by helping her school district as a photographer for different sporting events and helping to coach soccer and lacrosse.
She enjoys all sports but especially lacrosse and is often described as a die hard Patriots fan. Her favorite genre of music is country and she enjoys listening to Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, and Jimmy Buffet. Her favorite animals are highland cows and her dog named Nugget. Her favorite places to visit are Bermuda for a vacation and Italy on an academic trip where she was able to explore Florence, Rome, and Capri. She is hoping that her next trip will take her to Greece.
